What is your return policy?
Items must be in 100% resalable condition
Return timeframe starts from original ship date
To start a return please email our Customer Service team at Support@LivnLegnz.com and have your order # and items you wish to return available.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
If your item is in stock and not on pre-order it will be shipped out within 3 business days. If your item is on pre-order it will be sent as soon as it arrives!
Do you ship internationally?
Can I be notified when an item comes back in stock?
The majority of our apparel and accessories are seasonal runs and typically only lasts a couple months before the item is sold out. We do not have any back stock of items that we created in previous seasons and are unable to place a personal or custom order for these items. With the exception of a few staple items that will always be sold.
